FEE REFUND APPLICATION

Note: Refunds will be issued within 6-8 weeks after receipt of the refund application. If you paid by credit card online or at the college, a refund credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of payment. All other methods of payment will be refunded by a warrant and mailed to the address on file in the Admissions and Records Office.


REFUND POLICY: Enrollment and UTP fees (minimum fee of $8.40 for Fall/Spring and $10 for Summer if a sticker has been picked up) are refundable for program changes made by Friday of the 2nd week of instruction (full-term course) or by Friday of the first week of instruction (summer and short-term courses). There is no refund for courses dropped after theses dates. Refund eligibility is determined by the date the course is officially dropped. Requests for refunds must be received in the Business Services Office by
the last day of instruction in the semester or summer session for which the fee was paid. It is the student's responsibility to provide verification of date submitted in the event of a discrepancy. Credit balances will be forfeited and do not carry over to the next semester/ term.


PARKING REFUND POLICY:The portion of the parking permit containing the decal number must be attached to the refund application. Requests for parking refunds may not be submitted online.The parking fee is 100% refundable up to the tenth day of the semester (fifth day of the summer term). There is no refund after that day. The date the refund application is received in the Business Services Office determines refund eligibility.

  3. your account shows a credit balance due.

All refunds are processed by the Los Rios District Office and require 6-8 weeks for processing after receipt of the application.
