Kay Albiani
Mrs. Albiani is co-owner of Albiani Land and Livestock. She volunteers time and serves on the boards of many community organizations. Mrs. Albiani represents residents of Elk Grove, Florin, Sloughhouse and Jackson Road areas. Prior to joining the Los Rios Board in 1996, Mrs. Albiani served for 18 years on the Elk Grove Unified School District board. She was President of the California School Boards Association in 1985 and Director of the association from 1980 to 1986. Mrs. Albiani has served as Los Rios Board President (1998), Vice President (1997), and Board representative to the Association of Community College Trustees (1997-present). She attended California State University, Sacramento.
