Ann Blackwood has been a Board member since 1992 and currently serves as California and Nevada Manager for State Governmental Affairs for AstraZeneca Corporation. She represents residents of Downtown Sacramento, North and South Natomas, Rio Linda, North Highlands and Del Paso Heights areas.
