1.1    The Los Rios Community College District has a responsibility for the stewardship of District/College resources and the public and private support that enables it to pursue its missions. The District's internal controls and operating procedures are intended to detect and to prevent or deter unlawful or improper conduct. It is also the policy of the Board of Trustees that those employees who, in good faith, report these activities and/or assist the District in its investigation of these allegations, shall not be retaliated against for making those protected disclosures.
