1.0 Payment of Salary (Educ. Code 87801; 87802)
1.1 The Board shall adopt salary schedules for academic personnel.
1.2 Academic employees will be paid according to the salary schedules adopted by the Board. The Chancellor will insure that the District complies with an applicable Federal, State and County requirements for the payment of academic personnel.
