1.0 General

1.1 The Board of Trustees recognizes the right of the public to information concerning all of its actions and policies and concerning the details of its educational and business operations.

1.2 Information concerning the policies and educational programs of the District and the colleges shall be disseminated throughout the District and the community.

1.3 Members of the public may inspect all public records, as defined by the Government Code, during the regular office hours of the District.

1.4 Copies of the policies and regulations will be on file in the office of the Chancellor of the District, in the offices of the College Presidents and in the college libraries.
