1.0 Eligibility

1.1 Any student is eligible for participation in the intercollegiate athletic program at a Los Rios college if academic and state athletic code requirements are met.

2.0 Recruitment

2.1 Active recruitment throughout the District is allowed.

2.2 Athletic Program Equity

2.2.1 The colleges will organize their athletic programs in a manner that ensures that no person will be excluded from participation, denied benefits, treated differently, or in any way be discriminated against on the basis of gender in the program's activities.
