1.0 Acceptance of Transfer Credit

1.1 Los Rios Colleges will accept credit for work completed in accredited institutions of post-secondary education as identified in recognized credit guides and publications.

1.2 Work taken in non-accredited institutions may be considered for purposes of placement or as a basis for taking special examinations for credit.

1.3 The Chancellor shall develop administrative rules and regulations to implement the intent of this policy.
