Updating Application Materials

We are pleased that you have chosen to apply with the Los Rios Community College District

The adjunct faculty pool(s) that you have applied to are used by all of our campuses and outreach centers throughout our district.  As staffing needs arise at our campuses, our deans will review the pools and contact those applicants they are interested in interviewing.
  For this reason, it is important that your application is kept updated in the following areas:

  • Contact information should be updated (phone and/or email) so that we may contact you with interview information or teaching opportunities;

  • Your application should be reviewed for inclusion of any additional applicable experience or education that you have gained;  

  • Attachments should be kept up-to-date, including information on your resume, updated letters of interest, or letters of recommendation.

How to update information on your application (it's easy!):

  • Visit our website at www.losrios.edu and click Job Openings (or just click here).
  • Login with your username and password. If you cannot login, call us at (916) 568-3112.  Please do not create a new account (you will not be able to access your application).
  • Click Manage Applications, then click on Edit Faculty Application.
  • Make any updates and edits on the application; click “Save and continue to next” to ensure that all your updates are saved.
  • Proceed through the application until the very last page. Certify and confirm changes to your application.
  • Contact HR to notify which positions you have applied to for which you would like your application updated. Call us at (916) 568-3112 or email us at hr@losrios.edu.

How to update any attachments to your application (resume, transcripts, letters, etc.):

  • Complete our Fax Cover Sheet for Application Attachments.

  • Fax the cover sheet and your attachments to (916) 286-3655, and Human Resources will update your materials.

  • If faxing is not possible, you may mail or drop off your documents along with the completed Fax Cover Sheet  to:  Los Rios Community College District, HR - Recruitment, 1919 Spanos Court, Sacramento, CA 95825.  

  • You may also use our drop boxes located at both of our front entrances from Spanos Court.

  • You can view your updated attachments by logging in and viewing the "Application Status" (located on the navigation bar to the left of your screen).

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your documents to be attached.

To withdraw your application from an adjunct pool:

  • Visit our website at www.losrios.edu and click Job Openings (or just click here).
  • Login with your username and password.   If you cannot login, call us at (916) 568-3112.  Please do not create a new account (you will not be able to access your application).
  • On the Application Status page, click on the blue Withdraw Application link in the Status column.
  • Confirm the withdrawal. Once you have confirmed, your application will no longer be in the pool.
  • Note:  If you withdraw your application, you will NOT be able to apply for the same position again.

  • Foreign Transcripts - A foreign transcript evaluation is required any time foreign course work is used to meet minimum qualifications and /or salary placement even if the foreign transcript has been accepted by a college or university in the United States.
