The course builds on the introductory project management class to explore the project integration management processes to successfully integrate processes and activities required to define and coordinate the project effort within and across the project process including: project plan development, project plan execution, and overall change control. The scope management portion of this course will discuss the project scope management processes that ensure that all the work necessary to complete the project are included in the scope of the works, but that no unnecessary work is included, as this would represent an unnecessary risk to the project performance, especially in terms of the budget and the schedule.
