Students are limited to taking a maximum of four courses in any one family across all four Los Rios colleges. This restriction is regardless of the grade received and regardless of the number of courses in a course family. The types of courses that are grouped into families include Kinesiology/Physical Education (PE), Art, Music and Visual/Performing Arts.
