Description: This course emphasizes execution of the body movements and the mechanics, and the timing of exercises utilized in boxing, circuit training, and aerobics to improve general fitness and body toning. Students will be required to provide hand wraps. This course may be taken one time for credit.

Description: This physical education course involves sport specific training and conditioning skills and techniques. There is a concentration of basic concepts with emphasis on conditioning. Students will have the opportunity to obtain knowledge and practical experience in a specific intercollegiate sport. The course may be taken three times for a maximum of three units of credit.

Description: Trim and Tone Conditioning is designed to improve an individual's level of fitness, general appearance, and well-being. This course will concentrate on muscle toning and strength development through various activities, for example, exercises for abdominal and core, exercises for hamstrings and quadriceps, exercises for buttocks and exercises for the upper body.
