Description: This course is designed as an intensive boot camp fitness class conducted on campus using indoor and outdoor facilities. Training includes aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, strength and endurance training, and individual and team fitness concept.

Description: This course is designed to improve an individual's level of fitness, general appearance, and well-being. This course will concentrate on muscle toning and strength development through various activities, for example, exercises for abdomen and core, hamstrings and quadriceps, buttocks, and the upper body. This course may be offered as an open-entry, open-exit course. This course is graded Pass/No Pass. Students may enroll in the class up to the fourth week of the semester.
