Description: This course explores the many facets of behavior management as they apply to those diagnosed with a form of dementia. Topics include defining the problem, determining whose problem it is, problem-solving principles, environmental triggers, caregiver response, and techniques (such as timing, validation, noise regulation) for specific problem behaviors.
