Advisory: ENGWR 102 and ENGRD 116 with a grade of "C" or better; OR ESLR 320 and ESLW 320 with a grade of "C" or better.

Description: This course includes a variety of aerobic activities that provide a new approach to each workout. The emphasis is on rotating aerobic forms such as aerobic dance, step, cardio-kickboxing, and aerobic circuit to keep the workouts challenging and interesting. Basic heart rate calculations, nutrition, and workout facts are covered.
