Description: This course includes a variety of aerobic activities that provide a new approach to each workout. The emphasis is on rotating aerobic forms such as aerobic dance, step, cardio-kickboxing, and aerobic circuit to keep the workouts challenging and interesting. Basic heart rate calculations, nutrition, and workout facts will be covered. This course may be taken 4 times for credit.

Description: The focus of this course is on precision alignment, core strength, and building an awareness of the body.
