Description: The focus of this course is on precision alignment, core strength, and building an awareness of the body. Pilates involves a kinesthetic awareness that builds core strength and confidence in movement. Mat and wall stretches, exercises and relaxations are used to encourage flexibility, balance and coordination beginning with the deep postural muscles of the body.
